Plexit stands for a greener world. Nowadays, an awful lot of plastic is produced, about 368 million tons a year. This has major consequences. Not only is it extremely bad for the environment, but marine animals also suffer as a result of plastic use. They suffocate in pieces of plastic or become entangled in it.

Animals should not be the victims of our actions. Our main goal is to get as much plastic out of the world as possible. We want to achieve this by means of a petition. With this petition, we want to reach the Dutch Parliament and hope that there will be a regulation on the use of plastic in companies. The regulation forces companies to stop using plastic packaging material, unless it is necessary. There are a lot of alternatives to plastic.
